We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating and overseeing all culinary operations in the restaurant. As a successful candidate, you should have excellent organizational, leadership and people management skills.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role preferably within 5-star hotel/restaurant environments. You will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities; overseeing staff; estimating food requirements and costs; ordering supplies; monitoring food quality; creating menus; managing budget & kitchen operations; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You are expected to have good knowledge of various cuisines, international or local, including latest food trends and recipes as well as exceptional plating techniques. A successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop the team members.
