Equipment Operator (UAE)

We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other machinery. This role requires a high level of skill and precision to safely and efficiently maneuver the equipment on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Ensure proper use of equipment attachments and accessories
- Follow excavation plans and markings to accurately dig trenches, level terrain, and move materials
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safe working conditions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations when operating equipment on public roads
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction or similar field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their capabilities
- Ability to read excavation plans, markings, and instructions in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety precautions
- Fluency in English (preferred but not required)
