We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to overseeing the day of the event. This is a contract position, suitable for experienced professionals with a passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Create detailed plans and timelines for each event, including budget management
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, decor, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate all logistical details leading up to the wedding day
- Oversee setup and execution of the event, ensuring all vendors are following the agreed upon plan
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the day of the event
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning/coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Doha is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
