We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient House Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of a private household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This role is suitable for men and is open to both Pakistani and African nationals.

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall functioning of the household, including managing schedules, coordinating with staff, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the household runs smoothly. This is a contract job with accommodation provided on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the household
- Ensure all tasks and duties are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Oversee household budget and expenses
- Plan and schedule appointments, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise in a timely manner
- Ensure that all aspects of the household are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of household management principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
- Valid visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals
