We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the resort, including guest services, staff management, financial management, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all departments within the resort, including housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, security, and recreational activities.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise resort staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Develop relationships with local vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing for goods and services.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests by enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety are maintained.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Resort Manager in a luxury property.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of hotel operations including reservations systems, revenue management, housekeeping procedures etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
