We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating oil and gas reservoirs to determine the most efficient methods of extraction. This role requires a strong understanding of geology, drilling techniques, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on oil and gas reservoirs to determine the best methods for extraction
- Design and monitor drilling operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety
- Develop plans for reservoir stimulation such as hydraulic fracturing or acidizing
- Monitor production rates and optimize production processes
- Collaborate with other departments such as geology, operations, and finance to develop comprehensive strategies for oil extraction
- Utilize advanced software programs to simulate reservoir behavior and forecast production rates
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the petroleum industry
- Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, production processes, and reservoir analysis
- Experience with advanced software programs such as Petrel or Eclipse for simulation purposes
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have valid work visa for Qatar
