We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations with clients to coordinating the day-of events.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Provide guidance and recommendations on venues, vendors, and other wedding services
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, vendor arrivals, and timeline execution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes
- Ensure that all events run smoothly and according to plan

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage budgets effectively
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and services in Jeddah is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid work permit in Saudi Arabia
