Industrial Engineer


We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient systems and processes that improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conduct time studies to determine optimal production rates
- Design layouts for workspaces that promote safety, ergonomics, and efficiency
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Train employees on new systems and processes
- Monitor production data and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering roles
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in CAD software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred
