Supply Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and materials needed for our company's operations. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of provided accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure quality standards are met
- Plan and track inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and create purchase orders accordingly
- Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain strategies as needed to stay competitive
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards
- Train, supervise, and evaluate supply chain team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations
- Familiarity with supply chain software systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
