Supply Manager



Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Supply Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
- Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze market trends, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and develop inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in contract management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of supply chain software systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Additional Requirements for Nationality/Location Preference Roles:
We welcome applications from Pakistani professionals who meet the above criteria. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the Saudi Arabian market or other Middle Eastern countries. However, candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate will also be considered.

For Malayalees candidates, fluency in Malayalam language is preferred along with proficiency in English. Candidates should have prior experience working in similar roles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries.
