Wedding Planner



Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultation to the big day. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about weddings and has excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Plan and coordinate all wedding-related activities, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor management, catering, decorations, transportation, and guest accommodations
- Develop detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Assist clients with selecting themes, colors, and overall design for the wedding
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure timely payments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes in plans
- Coordinate rehearsals and oversee the smooth execution of the wedding day
- Manage any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Must be from Pakistan with knowledge of Pakistani culture and traditions related to weddings (other nationalities may also be considered)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in event planning or related field is preferred)
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner is not required but preferred
