Job Title: Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian candidates preferred)


We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian candidate, you will bring your unique cultural background and expertise to our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests from all over the world. This is a contract position that requires previous experience and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budget and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, food and beverage servers, and maintenance workers.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and find appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from different backgrounds.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is an asset.
