Hotel Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to oversee our luxurious hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our management team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position is suitable for men with experience in managing high-end hotels and is open to candidates of Indian nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure efficient and effective management of hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive working relationship with hotel owners and investors

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing budgets and financial reports
- Knowledge of reservation systems, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate. As this position requires English proficiency for effective communication with guests from around the world, fluency in English is necessary.
