Industrial Engineer

We are a leading manufacturing company in Abu-Dhabi, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines
- Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions for optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the production processes
- Train production workers on new processes or equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, ERP systems, and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month
