Wedding Planner

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of weddings, from concept development to execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then use your creativity, attention to detail, and organization skills to bring their dream wedding to life.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Develop detailed proposals including venue options, catering, decor, entertainment, etc.
- Negotiate with vendors and secure contracts for services
- Create timelines and schedules for all wedding-related events
- Collaborate with vendors on design concepts and ensure all elements come together seamlessly
- Manage the budget for each wedding project
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of weddings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of current wedding trends, traditions, and customs
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: 1500$
Location: Doha (Pakistani nationality preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (with free visa and ticket)
