We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from the initial consultation to the final execution. This includes working closely with clients to understand their vision and budget, developing detailed event plans, and managing vendors and staff on the day of the event.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision and budget
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines and budgets
- Source and negotiate with vendors for venue, catering, decorations, etc.
- Manage vendor contracts and payments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, coordination of vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Ensure that the wedding runs smoothly according to the agreed-upon plan
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning or related field preferred
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating memorable events for clients

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Candidates of Indian nationality are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday through Thursday. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak wedding season.
