We are a leading company in the manufacturing industry and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be involved in developing and implementing new production methods and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for improving production processes.
- Analyze data and identify areas for cost reduction through process optimization.
- Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production performance, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new production processes.
- Create reports on production performance and present findings to management.
- Evaluate equipment, tools, and materials used in the production process for quality assurance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
