Job Title: Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services in Ar-Ruwais

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, providing maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial properties. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs to ensure that properties are well-maintained and functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, repairing furniture, and building simple structures.
- Handle plumbing issues such as unclogging drains and fixing leaking pipes.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform basic electrical repairs.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively.

Salary: 1200$ per month.

Location: The position is based in Ar-Ruwais. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided by the company. Candidates must arrange their own housing.

Experience: This job is suitable for individuals without prior experience. We will provide on-the-job training for the selected candidate.
