Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that materials are used efficiently and according to project plans
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Train new masons and provide guidance and support to existing team members
- Plan work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of different types of masonry materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this role.

Location: This position is based in Khasab, Oman.
