Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring they are meeting their job requirements and providing support when needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all company documents.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed.
- Handle any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by upper management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.

This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1800$ per month. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English. Previous experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn. If you are a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
