Job Title: Head Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and the ability to create authentic and delicious dishes. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design a creative and authentic Indian menu that meets the restaurant's standards and appeals to customers
- Prepare dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure high quality of ingredients used in all dishes
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget goals set by management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional recipes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff members
- Proven track record of managing food costs while maintaining high quality standards
- Experience with menu development and inventory management
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
