Part-Time Administrator
Location: Nizwa, Oman

As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company in Nizwa, Oman. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Responding to emails and other correspondence
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
