We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and make orders as needed
- Create schedules for staff and manage labor costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain financial records and ensure profitability of the restaurant
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
