Restaurant Manager

A well-established restaurant in Al Ahmadi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
