We are hiring a diligent and hardworking Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing sales, and ensuring product placement is visually appealing to customers. Your main goal will be to increase customer satisfaction and boost sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are always in stock
- Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize sales
- Create attractive product displays that engage customers and promote sales
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
1300$ per month
