Restaurant Manager

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing and training staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation is not provided. Candidates must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work in Manama.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked efficiently. In addition, you will monitor employee performance, provide feedback and training as needed, and handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead a team. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in budgeting and financial management is highly preferred.

In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing exceptional customer service is also essential as you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.

A degree or diploma in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required. However, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
