Hotel Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Train and manage hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the hotel
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and services
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry in Al-Rayyan

Salary: 1400$ per month

This is a full-time position with no English language requirement. We welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities. Previous experience is not required as we will provide training on-site. Accommodation will not be provided.
