Job Title: Entry Level Construction Manager
Location: Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Construction Manager in Khasab, Oman. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer a free visa and ticket for candidates from all nationalities.

As an Entry Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the quality and safety of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure they are within budget and on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
- Collaborate with the design team to review plans and drawings for accuracy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction management is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
