Junior Construction Manager


We are hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is an entry-level position suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and do not have prior experience in the field. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct site visits to identify any issues or concerns and take corrective action as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites
- Maintain accurate records of project status, including changes, delays, and expenses
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Dubai (preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with construction software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
