Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing team in Al-Khor. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by reaching out to new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and reach out to them through cold calling, email, or in-person meetings
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients
- Close sales deals by negotiating contracts and handling objections
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
- Keep track of sales targets and report on your progress regularly
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your client base

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about our products/services and adapt to changes in the market

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month plus commission based on your performance.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Khor, but you may need to travel occasionally within the city or nearby areas for client meetings.

Nationality/Preference:
This job is open for all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, occasional weekend or evening work may be required depending on business needs.

Experience/Qualifications:
No previous experience is required for this role. We value enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn over experience. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
