Computer Support Specialist

Our growing IT company in Vianden is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain IT equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Keep track of inventory and order new equipment as needed
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Document all support activities in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience with remote desktop support tools is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (open to candidates from any nationality)
