Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Sofia, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide customers with a high-quality dining experience. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the food and beverage industry and is looking to begin their career as a manager.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and employee performance.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $1800 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees if needed.

Location:
This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Candidates who are not Bulgarian nationals must have valid working permits for Bulgaria.
