Solar Installer

As a Solar Installer in Chelyabinsk, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and other solar equipment. You will work with a team to safely and efficiently install systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting equipment according to blueprints and specifications
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the solar system or equipment
- Provide excellent customer service during installations
- Keep detailed records of all installations and maintenance performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with team members and customers
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits in Chelyabinsk
