Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your main role will be to plan, coordinate and supervise all aspects of the project including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the client
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors and team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and services
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Prepare progress reports for clients and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling and resource management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in Russian language is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
