Carpenter Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of carpenters on construction projects, ensuring high-quality work is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, project scope, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train new carpenters on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to project plans.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter in the construction industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate. We also offer opportunities for growth within our company based on performance.
