Restaurant Manager (Contract)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Wiltz. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Manage inventory levels and monitor food costs to ensure profitability
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are consistently prepared according to company standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
