Mason Supervisor

We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Riyadh. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of masons, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of projects. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, proficient knowledge of masonry techniques and materials, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure the timely completion of construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance on proper masonry techniques and safety measures
- Monitor the quality of work performed by masons, identifying any issues or areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Communicate progress updates to project managers and address any concerns or delays in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team
- Proficient knowledge of different types of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
