Experienced Baker

We are a well-established bakery in Doha, looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1800.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients to create dough or batter
- Roll, cut, and shape dough or batter before baking
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Monitor ovens and adjust temperature settings as needed
- Ensure that all products are baked to the highest quality standards
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Thorough knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for various types of products
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Creative flair for decorating baked goods is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
