Mason Supervisor



We are in need of an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Muharraq. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of masons in various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of masons in performing various construction tasks
- Plan and assign daily tasks to the team based on project requirements
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that deadlines are met
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work quality and ensure it meets industry standards
- Order materials as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any challenges faced by the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Mason or similar role
- Proven experience in leading a team of masons or construction workers
- Strong knowledge of different construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and project managers
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
