Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Remish. Your main goal will be to ensure excellent customer service, maintain high quality standards, and drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and introduce new dishes
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Remish (accommodation is not provided)
