- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients and customers
- Managing files, documents, and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for office staff
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
- Data entry and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This is a full-time job based in Vianden, Luxembourg. The candidate must already have the right to work in Luxembourg.
