Administrator
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of 1200$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Maintain files and records, both digital and physical
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Act as the point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
