Information Technology Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our company's technology operations in Beer-Sheva. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all IT systems, infrastructure, and services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage all aspects of the company's information systems including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure timely completion of projects
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Train employees on new systems or technologies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or relevant position
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Proven experience in project management with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (candidate must have own visa)
