As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to transform design concepts into functional and sustainable buildings. This is a contract position based in Beer-Sheva, with a competitive salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed construction drawings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
