Executive Chef - Part Time
Location: Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes while ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed menus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or higher position in a fine dining establishment.
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage).

Salary: $1100 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours: Part-time (up to 30 hours per week)
Location: Ashdod, Israel
