Entry-Level Metal Worker

We are a metal fabrication company based in Herzliya looking for an Entry-Level Metal Worker to join our team. As an Entry-Level Metal Worker, you will primarily be responsible for assisting with the production and assembly of metal products according to blueprints and specifications.

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but some knowledge or interest in metalworking is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and operate machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise work
- Team player mentality with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production and assembly of metal products according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, welders, etc.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using rulers, calipers, or other measuring tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Herzliya. Applicants must be willing to commute or relocate if necessary.
