Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a professional and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and must have their own visa to work in Herzliya. This position is suitable for both men and women.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have own visa to work in Herzliya
