Part-Time Concierge

Our luxury hotel in Herzliya is seeking a part-time concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area to make personalized recommendations for guests
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
