Office Assistant
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dickirch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with visa sponsorship for the right candidate. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
