Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer at our fitness center in Salalah, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized exercise plans, nutrition advice, and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals
- Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises
- Create personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness level and goals
- Provide nutrition advice and guidance to help clients maintain a healthy diet
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their exercise plan
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients to exercise in
Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Ability to design effective workout plans for individuals of all ages and fitness levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and guide clients towards their goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary: 1400$ per month
